A Barn Fire

Plainfield Firefighters from Station #3 were called to a Barn Fire off Packer Drive.  The PFD asked the Algoma Township Fire Department to assist with their Tanker, as the barn, which sat quite a distance off the road, was out of range of the Township's fire hydrant area.

The barn, which is owned by a local landscaping company, stored hay and hydro-mulched seed and was already fully involved when the department arrived.
